DAS and Wi-Fi provider Boingo Wireless has signed a merger agreement to acquire Endeka, a provider of Wi-Fi, VoIP and IPTV services to military bases and federal law enforcement training facilities in the US. Endeka will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of BoingoWireless. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
